Sahithi Talagadadeevi is currently a senior in the Rutgers Business School majoring in Finance and Economics and minoring in DCIM. She became involved in the organization her junior year of high school and since then FBLA-PBL has played an integral part of her life. After having served as PBL’s Vice President External and Events Coordinator, Sahithi strives to inspire the passion for PBL in students of all majors and continue the organization’s success. She looks forward to working with the new executive board to make PBL as successful as it can be. Outside of PBL, Sahithi has worked for Prudential as a Plan Accounting Investment Operations Intern, and has also worked as a Financial Assistant at Central Jersey Legal Services. She is a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a recreational sabre fencer, and enjoys traveling and trying new things!

Samantha George is a senior at Rutgers University, currently working towards a double major in Marketing and Political Science. Samantha has been a member of FBLA since her freshman year of high school where she held officer positions and wants to further her learning of business through PBL. Last year, as Events Coordinator, Samantha worked with her committee to bring events for members of PBL to participate in such as Dining with the Distinguished. This year, as Internal Vice President, Samantha plans on expanding PBL’s relations across both Rutgers and the New Brunswick community for fundraising, community service, and joint events. Outside of PBL, Samantha loves traveling, eating, and movies.

Nimmi is currently a Senior at the Rutgers Business School majoring in finance and Supply Chain. Nimmi has been a member of PBL since her freshman year of college and became heavily involved with the club after joining the Community Service committee her sophomore year and going on to become the Community Service Chair. She is very excited to be a part of the E-Board this year as VPE and hopes to expand upon PBL’s current membership as well work with her team to make this year’s events more successful. Apart from PBL, Nimmi enjoys reading, dancing, and traveling.

Manika is a senior in the Rutgers Business School pursuing a double major in Business Analytics and Supply Chain. Manika joined PBL in her first year of Rutgers and has served in the Fundraising and PR/Events committee. She is excited to have been elected to Secretary, and hopes her passion for PBL translates into her E-board responsibilities. This year, along with the rest of E-board, she hopes to increase membership and encourage even more involvement in PBL competitive events. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and reading.

Gurleen Gill is currently a rising sophomore in the in the Rutgers Business School working towards a double major in BAIT and Accounting and a minor in Economics. She has been involved with FBLA-PBL for 4 years now. This past year, she was involved in the Fundraising Community and looks forward to how the committee and the club as a whole will continue to grow and evolve this upcoming year. She is excited to lead the club this year during their annual NFLC Conference and hopes it will be a great success. Outside of PBL, Gurleen enjoys dancing, hiking, and trying new things.

A student of Rutgers Business School, Elaine is a sophomore working towards a major in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Asian Studies. Elaine got involved with FBLA-PBL during her freshman year in college when she joined the Historian-Webmaster committee and eventually became one of the most active members in the organization. As Professional Development Director, she strives to ensure that members can benefit from the regular general meetings as well as any professional events PBL hosts. Outside of PBL, Elaine enjoys creative writing, photography, watching movies, and learning about the cultures and languages of East Asia.

Anuj is currently a junior working on a double major in Economics and Supply Chain management. His FBLA-PBL career began in his sophomore year at Piscataway High School and it continued into his college career. His passion led him to join the PR and Events committee last year. As a member of the committee, he learned more about the organization and how hard work makes events that PBL host successful. He looks forward to continue improving the organization as well as the events that it hosts. Outside of PBL, Anuj is passionate about basketball (go Celtics), photography, sneakers, and enjoying great T.V shows.

Matt Peyrek is currently a sophomore in the Business School and a member of the Honors Program. President of his FBLA chapter in high school, Matt looks forward to developing his professional and interpersonal skills through continued involvement with PBL. Outside of PBL, Matt is an active member of four other organizations including the RFS dReam Team among others. During the summer, Matt works as an electrical engineer, wiring control panels to run distribution systems for clients such as Avon, Toys “R” Us, QVC, HSN, and more. Additionally, during the summer of 2013, Matt attended a week-long Entrepreneurship Incubator held at Yale University. As the Historian of PBL, Matt hopes to assist his fellow E-Board Members in promoting the club and attracting new members while simultaneously capturing pictures to document the impact and involvement Rutgers PBL has both within the Rutgers Community and across the New Brunswick Community as well. Matt looks forward to a prosperous year for Rutgers PBL as the national organization celebrates its 75th Anniversary and Rutgers celebrates its 250th Anniversary – Rutgers PBL celebrates “A Legacy of Leadership.”

Sumedha is currently a sophomore in the Rutgers Business School pursuing a major in Finance and a minor is Psychology. Sumedha has been a part of FBLA-PBL since her sophomore year of college and has become a dedicated member ever since. She was on the fundraising committee this past year, which allowed her to successfully lead her own fundraiser and develop her leadership skills. This year, she hopes to continue the success of the past committees as Fundraising Chair. Aside from PBL, Sumedha likes eating, binge watching Netflix, going on spontaneous adventures, and doing ceramics.

Neel Patel is currently a junior majoring in Rutgers Engineering. He is working towards a degree in Biomedical engineering. He also aspires to get his MBA, through the dual degree program at Rutgers, as well as a minor in Psychology. Neel’s FBLA-PBL involvement begun 6 years ago as a sophomore in high school and has continued to grow, as he attended both state and national conferences in high school. Last year, he was on the community service committee showing a great passion by attending all of the events. Aside from PBL, Neel is a part of Engineering Governing council, and Bioengineering society. In his free time, he enjoys watching a multitude of sports.

Eli is a sophomore in the School of Arts and Sciences currently working towards a double major in Computer Science and Math. His experience with FBLA-PBL first started in his sophomore year of high school in which he was interested in learning what FBLA was all about and interested in competing at the State Conferences. Apart from PBL, Eli enjoys playing tennis, community service projects, learning as much as he can, and binge watching netflix. He hopes to continue learning in his new position as Webmaster and give back to both the organization and the community throughout his time here as a student at Rutgers University.
